Medieval Dynasty: How To Make Money Fast - GameRant

The Middle Ages weren't exactly forgiving. Even if one wasn't a knight worried about winning the favor of a local lord and enemy swords and arrows on the battlefield, it was a time marked by hard work and simple technology. To thrive in such an environment required perseverance, ingenuity, and skill.

Medieval Dynasty is far more forgiving than many medieval life sims, making for a more pleasant and less stressful experience. Having enough money to get by is still important, however, as expanding one's community from a single shack into a bustling community takes a significant amount of money. Mining and hunting are just a couple of options available to players. Here are some of the best ways to make money fast in Medieval Dynasty.

Stone Knives And Flax

One of the fastest ways to make money in the game is by crafting Stone Knives, which requires 5 Sticks, 2 Stones, and no recipe. If the player is going this route, however, there is a step that must be taken: enabling Quick Crafting in the options menu. Doing this make the Stone Knife crafting option much more bearable, so the player should absolutely enable this feature before proceeding. The main problem with Stone Knife crafting is that it can't be automated the way that other businesses can, forcing the player to take time away from more engaging activities.

Flax farming is a safe and easy alternative. This requires the player to cultivate enough farmland around their village to plant large Flax crops in. Excess Flax seeds can be sold for a solid profit, and Flax can also be made into Linen which in turn can be made into clothing or Bows, which the player can use or sell for additional income. Depending on where the player established their village, this may not be the most convenient method, but there is another good option for players lacking in farmland.

Supplemental Income

Though Flax is by far one of the best methods of making quick money, it shouldn't be the player's only means. Automation is something that more farming sims should do. Since Flax growth can be easily automated, it's a good idea to find other ways to make money at the same time, further increasing one's profits. There are several viable routes to take at this point. One involves pigs.

Livestock are a staple of many great medieval games. To begin raising Pigs, the player will first need a pigsty for them to live in, at which point Pigs can be purchased in Rolnica. Pigs consume Animal Feed, so they do have an upkeep cost, but the player can offset this by turning their Manure into Fertilizer, which is particularly helpful when Pig-raising is combined with Flax farming.

Pigs live for many years, so once the player has a functional Pig farm, they will be able to capitalize on it for the rest of the game.

Its setup and maintenance costs are minimal, and if the player already has a basic supply of regular income, there's no real reason not to invest in Pigs. In order to gather Manure, the player will need to employ an Animal Breeder. It's also worth noting that Piglets do not produce anything of value, so the player will have to wait until they mature to begin profiting from them.

Mature Pigs can be slaughtered for large amounts of meat and leather or sold as is. Though Piglets could be slaughtered and sold in an emergency, they are worth far less, making that decision inefficient.

Medieval Dynasty is available for PC, PS5, and Xbox Series X/S.
