New faces are filling roles and auditioning for spots all around the forward ranks.
Rob and I talk about:
- how Zack Hyman looks on the Oilers’ first line alongside Connor McDavid and Jesse Puljujarvi;
- what Kailer Yamamoto needs to do to solidify his spot in the Top 6, with other options on RW in camp for coach Dave Tippett to consider including Zack Kassian;
- and, if Josh Archibald remains unavailable or gets get loose due to his vaccination status, what options there are to fill his 3rd/4th line spot. Brendan Perlini, Kyle Turris and Colton Sceviour all are on the radar.
