The car was travelling at a speed of 113 km/h in a zone posted for 60 km/h.

“The driver was test-driving a vehicle, which belonged to a dealership, when police conducted the stop,” the OPP said.

A 23-year-old Copper Cliff resident has been charged with stunt driving — excessive speed.

The accused is scheduled to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice on March 5 in Sudbury.

The driver was also issued a 30-day licence suspension and the vehicle was impounded for 14 days.
