It’s last call to register for a public information session on a big new housing development planned for the southeast side of Picton.
Hilden Homes has applied for land rezoning and draft plan of subdivision to allow between 199 and 325
residential units on 22 hectares (54 acres) of vacant land with frontage on Loyalist Parkway, otherwise known as Bridge Street, and Owen Street.
The development, to be known as Tulip Estates, would feature single detached homes, semi-detached, and townhouses.
Members of the public who wish to attend the virtual public meeting must register by contacting mcoffey@pecounty.on.ca by noon on Monday, May 1. The meeting will be held virtually on Microsoft Teams. If you have any questions regarding accessing Microsoft Teams please contact Matt Coffey by email.
