Community invited to 'Break-a-Fast with a Muslim Friend' - OrilliaMatters

In the spirit of Ramadan, the Ahmadiyya Muslim Jama’at will be welcoming dozens of local residents, including the mayor of Barrie as well as several local councillors, to a special event titled Break-a-Fast with a Muslim Friend.

This event, taking place at the Maryam Mosque in Oro-Medonte, will give local residents an opportunity to learn about and experience Ramadan and fasting. The event includes a guided mosque tour and will conclude with a festive Iftar dinner.
