Buy it! The most famous Supra from Fast & Furious - Driving

Fourth-generation Toyota Supras are rising in value astronomically, a phenomenon that can be directly linked to the popularity of the Fast & Furious franchise. Now, one of the original movie cars is coming up for sale, and you could own it.

The 1994 Toyota Supra was driven by Paul Walker in the first F&F film, as well as used for several beauty shots in 2 Fast 2 Furious.

According to the sales description: “The car was built by Eddie Paul at The Shark Shop in El Segundo, CA, for the first movie and brought back and modified by the original builder for its role as ‘Slap Jack’s Supra’ in the sequel.”

The vehicle was later returned to its original specification, complete with Lamborghini paint, “Nuclear Gladiator” motif, Dazz Motorsport Racing wheels, TRD-style hood, and aluminum rear wing.

Despite the value of Supras having a direct correlation with their drivetrains, the film star sports a humble automatic transmission, although we are treated to a twin turbo 2JZ. A similar movie car sold in 2015 for $185,000, but that was a stunt car with a five speed transmission, so it’s unclear how much this example will sell for.

The vehicle will be auctioned off at Barrett Jackson‘s Las Vegas 2021 auction.
